2. Food & Meal Policy
Outside food is strictly not allowed.
For guests with food packages:
Breakfast: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Evening Snacks: 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Dinner: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM
For Deshi Chicken/Mutton: ₹100 extra per head per day will be charged.
3. Identity Verification
Guests must present a valid government-approved ID card at the time of check-in.
4. Booking, Advance & Payment
50% advance of the total accommodation fare is required for booking.
No cancellation is allowed; only rescheduling is permitted.
Reschedule is valid for 1 year from the date of booking.
Advance payment modes: UPI / NEFT
On-spot payment modes: UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
No refunds are issued in case of cancellation.
Guests can reschedule their stay within 1 year of the original booking date (subject to availability).
Guest Responsibilities & Resort Policies
6. Guest Responsibility Clause
Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
The resort will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
7. Property Damage Policy
Any intentional or negligent damage to resort property, furniture, or facilities will be chargeable at actual repair or replacement cost.
8. Noise & Behavior Policy
Guests must maintain peaceful behavior within the resort.
Loud music, parties, or disruptive activities are not allowed without prior approval.
9. Children & Pets Policy
Parents must supervise their children at all times.
If traveling with pets:
Only well-behaved pets are allowed.
Pets are restricted to designated areas only.
10. Use of Resort Facilities
Use of any facility (e.g. playground, swings, campfire, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.
Please follow safety instructions where applicable.
11. Force Majeure Clause
The resort will not be held responsible for any service disruptions due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or any other events beyond human control.
